Jeff Osmun, Owner

Jeff graduated from Delaware Valley College with a BS degree in Ornamental Horticulture in 1979. He worked for several companies in landscaping and building supplies sales before accepting a sales position with Pava Inc in 1987. In 1989, Jeff and his wife Cindy borrowed money from family and bought the company. Jeff and Cindy have a daughter, Kelley, who “witnessed” the closing of the business purchase from her baby carrier. They enjoy many outdoor activities together from their home base in Susquehanna County Pa.

Billie Jo Tuttle, Office Manager

In 1996 Billie Jo received her AAS degree from Corning Community College. After working many years in the retail industry, she decided to change paths and assist in her family’s stone business. After the unforeseen closure of the family business in 2005, she accepted a position with PAVA Inc. By accepting this position, PAVA Inc has introduced her to many new aspects of the stone industry. In her spare time, Billie Jo enjoys being outside and spending time with her family and friends.

Mylen H. Madigan III, "Sonny", Buyer

Mylen H. Madigan III nicknamed Sonny. Graduated from Towanda area High school in 1983 He worked for several transportation companies in the area before accepting a driving position for Pava inc. in 2003. Since that time he has been employed as an over the road driver, Local driver, yard person, dispatcher, sales and service and currently is the buyer for Pava inc. Sonny enjoys many different activities such as golf, riding motorcycle, canoeing and list goes on.
